Annie Lou Maner, 46, died Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene.  The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Annie was born October 25, 1976, in Amory, Mississippi, to Edmond Lee and Betty Sue (Hatley) Bacon.  She grew up and attended schools in Anson and Clyde. Annie worked for many years in healthcare. She chose this profession because she was very giving and caring, and always wanted to help people.

Annie is survived by two sons, Brent Bacon and wife Carly of Clyde and Colby Wilson and wife Kayla of Clyde; one daughter, Suzanna Maner of Clyde; two brothers, Lee Bacon and wife Brenda of Ohio and Philip Bacon and wife Amy of Coahoma; one sister, Pam Vinson of Arizona; five grandchildren, Hadley and Hayden Bacon, Oakley Douglas-Jones, Avery Wilson and Skylin Wilson; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Annie was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Eddie Bacon; her sister, Kathryn Redd; and aunt, Nova Lou Wilson.
