Barbra Fern Crane, 82, of Clyde died Sunday, May 2, 2021 in a local nursing home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Oakwood Cemetery in Comanche with Bishop Douglas Smith officiating under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde. Following the service, a meal will be provided by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 1507 N. Austin St, Comanche.

Barbra was born December 29, 1938 in Hamilton to James and Arlena (Chastain) Earles. She attended schools in Midland and Lubbock. She married Bob Crane in Iowa in 1974. She worked as a bartender for the Midland Country Club. They moved to Clyde from Goldthwaite in October 2020 and was a member of the Baptist church.

She is survived by four sons, Jimmie Anderson of Harlingen, David Anderson of Cottonwood, Robert Anderson of Zephyr and Michael Bruaw of Brownwood; two daughters, Debra Harrington of Clyde and Michelle Sieder of Priddy; sister Kathryn Earles Melton of Levelland; thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Barbra was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Everett, O.C., Horace and James Earles and her sister Wanda Lively.
