Born at the Webb family home between Baird and Clyde, Texas in Callahan County on April 18, 1934. Betty was the 14th child of Stella Fortune (South) and Samuel Edmund Webb.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands Daniel Austin (Buck) McClure in 1969 and Johnny Clark Farmer in 2024. Four sisters, Ava Halbrook, Bess Gorman, Irma Canada, and Martie Batley.  Seven brothers, Harold Webb, Bascome Webb, Gerald Webb, Sam Webb, Bill Webb, Brit Webb, and Joe Webb.

Betty is survived by one sister, Amy Faircloth Jaquess of Abilene: one brother, Charlie Webb and wife Judy of Baldwin, Wisconsin: sister-in-law, Rosa Lee McClure of Ovalo, Texas; brother-in-law, Bill Rogers of Tuscola, Texas; stepson, Johnny Clark (Corky) Farmer, Jr. of Abilene, Texas; stepdaughter, Tammi Wille and husband Kirk of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho and many nieces and nephews.

We could always count on Aunt Betty sending cards and package full of goodies on Valentines Day, birthdays and other special holidays. She was always affectionately referred to as Aunt Betty or Auntie.

Aunt Betty loved growing plants, working in the yard, growing her moon flowers and butterflies were her specialty.  She would plant fennel and raise black swallowtail butterflies each year.

She also enjoyed watching the "V" formations of the geese through her dining room window.
