Catherine Ann Cornelison, 55, of Abilene died Sunday, August 29, 2021, at her home.  Graveside services will be 10 AM Friday, September 3, 2021, at the Albany Cemetery in Albany, Texas, with her brother, Rev. Mark Cornelison, officiating.  Services are under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home in Clyde.  Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 7:30 pm at the funeral home.

Catherine was born August 2, 1966, in San Angelo to Harold B. and Mary Ann (Chism) Cornelison. Catherine was a very loving, beautiful child showing and sharing her happiness with everyone she knew.  She loved to sing, the Dallas Cowboys, watching wrestling on TV and going to the Rose Park Community Center to be around her friends.  She and her family moved to Abilene from Corsicana in 1969.  Catherine was a member of the University Baptist Church in Abilene.

Catherine is survived by her parents, Harold and Mary Cornelison of Abilene; one brother, Mark and wife Cathy Cornelison of Cleburne; one niece, Glendie Cornelison of Dallas; and two nephews, Isaac Chism Cornelison of Los Angeles, Ca. and Josiah Cornelison of Lynchburg, Va.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Big Country or West Texas Rehabilitation Center.
