Danny Ray Bryant, 75, died Monday, March 28, 2022, at his home in Hodges. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Gore officiating.

Danny was born September 14, 1946, in Abilene to Neville and Betty (Tate) Bryant. He graduated from Hawley High School. He married Julie DeLillo in Long Beach, California on September 6, 1980, and they moved back to Texas in December. Danny was a self-employed master electrician and a member of the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Julie Bryant of Hodges; son, Joe Bryant and wife JoAnn of Alaska; daughters, Sherry Connor and husband Gene and Julie Caroll Holmes and husband Shane, all of Alaska; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Nevelyn Kay.
