David Anthony Dionne, 87, of Eula died Sunday, September 5, 2021 at home. No services are planned at this time.

David was born August 23, 1934 in Port Arthur, Texas to Herbert and Blanche (David) Dionne. After high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as TSgt. after 20 years of service. He married Hazel Irene McManus in Liverpool, England in 1955. They lived many places throughout his military career, finally settling in the Abilene area in 1968. After retiring from the military, David worked for Abilene Regional Medical Center for 19 years as a Bio-Med Tech.

He is survived by three daughters, Desiree Elia and husband Tim of Florida, Yvonne Dionne and finacé Eddie Winegeart of Abilene and Elissa Dionne and Velva Nelson of Dallas; four grandchildren, David, Nicole, Donald and Dionne and tons of great and great-great grandchildren, leaving quite a legacy.

David was preceded in death by his beloved wife Hazel in January 2021
