Donna Osment, 86, passed away peacefully June 29, 2019 under the care of some wonderful people at Clyde Nursing Home and Hendrick Hospice.

At her request, no service will be held.

Donna was born August 4, 1932 to Ralph Merchant and Helen Tanner in Haskell, TX. Graduated from Haskell High School and then married my Father Fred Osment and moved to Stamford, TX where she lived for many years. She was active in many things in the community and loved every minute of it. Christmas was always a special time for her and there was so many family and friends that would come over. I look back and I think she cooked for days to get ready. To this day I don't know how she did so much!

She was a dedicated Mother and grandmother first and foremost. She treasured her grandchildren and loved being Nana. My Mother had a wonderful personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere she went and her customers at the different businesses she worked loved her too.

Donna is survived by her daughter - Lisa Propst and husband Lee, grandchildren - Damon Propst and Ryan Propst. Sister - Jeanne Alexander and husband Charles and nephew - Brad Alexander.

She was preceded in death by grandson - Phillip Hansen, sister – Bobbie Brewick, Mother – Helen Tanner, Father – Ralph Merchant, nephew – Rob Baize.

My Mom was always a loving and devoted Mother to me and she will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

Always ready, to do her best with a heart, so true and tender.
She devoted her life, to those she loved and those she loved, remember.
