Elizabeth Sue Meadows born on April 11, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas to Lillian (Jones) and Raymond A. Morrow and passed away on April 27, 2024, in Bokoshe, Oklahoma.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Kyle Grant Meadows; one son, Raymond Kevin Ashburn; and one sister, Betty Taylor.

Elizabeth graduated from Mary Meeks School of Nursing in Abilene. After graduation she worked at Hendrick Medical Center in the Obstetrics Unit, Callahan County Hospital and later for Baird Nursing Home. She attended the Panama Free Will Baptist Church when she was able, and she was a member of the African Violet Society.  She loved her flowers, animals, fishing, and the outdoors and had a special love for her dog, Lacey.

Survivors include her daughters, Donna Elizabeth Rosencranse and husband Bob, Terri Lynn Neal and husband Terry, Leslie Bernedatte Henry-Mellor, and Elisa Marie Meadows; sons, Donald Charles Ashburn and Matthew Grant Meadows and wife Steffanie; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and her sisters, Bessie Morrow and Linda Athey.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel in Clyde with David Peterson officiating.
