Frances Fuller, 79, of Waxahachie, formerly of Clyde, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in a Waxahachie hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Hooper officiating. Burial will follow at Atwell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Frances was born March 15, 1945, in Cisco to Buster and Mildred (Jones) Foster. She graduated from Cisco High School. She married Billy J. Fuller in Cisco on November 25, 1965. Frances worked as a medical clerk for the Abilene State School for over 35 years. She moved to Waxahachie in 2018 to be near her daughter and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Waxahachie.

She is survived by two daughters, Dana Scott of Waxahachie and LaDonna Holland and husband Jeff of Clyde; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Holland and wife Gabi, Justin Holland, Jese Holland and Katie Fuller: one great grandchild, Jordyn Holland and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Billy J.; her son, Billy Doyle Fuller and her brother, Vernon Foster.
