Frances N. Heard passed away peacefully on January 13, 2022 in Houston, Texas.

She was born August 27, 1929 in Lakeland, Florida. The daughter of Linwood and Madilin Arendell. She was a resident of Clyde and worked 20 years at the Abilene State School before retiring and moving to Abilene, eventually residing in Houston.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Candy Kessner; son, Lindy Heard and her grandchild and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Heard.
