Gary LaMarr Brewer, 70, of Albany died Thursday, March 1, 2018 at his home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Albany Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.

Gary was born April 3, 1947 in Marengo, Indiana to Ernest, Jr. and Jata (Key) Brewer. He graduated from high school in Bedford, Indiana. He married Kathy Chase in Ardmore, Oklahoma on July 13, 1989 and they moved to Albany from Hamilton in 1995. Gary was a supervisor for 15 years for the City of Corinth in the water distribution department. He also worked for Lockheed for 16 years and the City of Albany for two years.

He is survived by his wife Kathy Brewer of Albany; three sons, Gary Brewer of Gunter, Donnie Miller of Keller and Jessie Jacobs of Canton, Ohio; three daughters, Michelle Rene` Heinz of Melissa, Melissa Miller of Artesia, New Mexico and Jennifer Milligan of Watagu; 15 grandchildren and one great grandson.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
