Gary Ray Hubbard, 66, of Early, died Saturday, January 26, 2019 in an Abilene hospital. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements by Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.

Gary was born February 29, 1952 in May to Charles and Pat (Patton) Hubbard. He graduated from Rising Star High School in 1970. Gary was a bulldozer operator for many years and had previously worked for Walmart. He was also the foreman for the Corsicana Livestock Auction and a member of the Brownwood Cowboy Church.

He is survived by his son Kris Hubbard and wife Ann Marie of Eula; daughter Regina Cooper and husband Scott of Eula; two brothers, Charles Hubbard of Rising Star and Hurby Hubbard and wife Jim Ann of Early; three grandchildren, Jhett Hubbard, Sterling Friedrich and Emily Hubbard.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Eric Klinton Hubbard.
