Joyce Ann Dyer, 61, of Clyde died Wednesday, August 5, 2020 in an Abilene hospice facility. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Drew Moses and Ricky Wyatt officiating. Burial will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Joyce was born July 9, 1959 in Throckmorton to W.O. (Dub) and Tressie Vee (Cook) Scrogum. She graduated from Throckmorton High School. She married Charles (Toby) Dyer in Throckmorton on February 14, 1998 and they moved to the Clyde area. She was a member of the Baptist church.

She is survived by her husband Charles (Toby) Dyer of Clyde; her daughter, Brandi Jo Segura and husband Jeff; step-children, Brandi Renee and  T.J. Dyer; grandchildren, Dakota Hightower and Lathan Nix; great grandchildren; Kayden and Karter Hooper; best friend Lucy Howard and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Kenneth Ray Scrogum.
