June Delores Deel, 77, of Clyde died Sunday, January 7, 2018 at a local nursing center. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel of Clyde.

June was born October 24, 1940 in Stamford, Texas to James and Viola (Boring) Mitchell. She attended school in Stamford and later attended Cisco Junior College where she received her LVN Degree. She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church of Clyde.

She is survived by two sons, Johnny Hazzard and Kimberly of Stephenville and Tommy Deel and wife Katha of Granbury; five daughters, Alta Thomas and husband Dan of Wyoming, Tammy Bryan of Mesquite, Donna Rhoades of Wichita Falls, Missy Offield and Mark of Hobbs, Texas and Angela Bryce and James of Clyde; brother Bobby Mitchell of Arizona; sister Donna Turk and husband Charles of Arizona; 17 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

June was preceded in death by her parents, a brother James, three sisters Cathy Sweeney, Beatrice Summers and Joyce Mateljan.
