Kelly Lewis Short, 62, of Clyde died Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at his home. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements by Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.

Kelly was born June 18, 1958 in Fort Worth to Kenneth Edward and Betty (Lewis) Short. He retired as a printing press operator. Kelly loved music and played guitar and drums. His latest band was called "Festus". He moved to Clyde from Fort Worth in 2019.

He is survived by two sons, Robert Short of Benbrook and Brandon Short of Oklahoma and his brother Kenny Short of Burleson.

Kelly was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Kevin Short.
