Kevan Allen Goben, 71, a long-time resident of Rowlett, died Friday, December 19, 2025 at Mustang Creek Estates in Sachse, Texas.  Born September 30, 1954 in Oklahoma City, he was the son of the late Robert William Goben and Raussia Lee Cantrell Goben.  He graduated from Richardson High School and Richland College at Dallas.  A produce manager with Kroger's in Rowlett for many years, he later became a warehouse manager for S.M. Osgood Company.

Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Raussia Goben and a brother-in-law David Liebert, he is survived by  a sister, Ruth Janeen Liebert of Philadelphia, PA; a brother Dr. Galen Goben and his wife, Louise of North Hollywood, CA; and nephews, Chris Goben, Sloan Goben, Neill Goben, Yair Liebert and his wife Marsha, Micah Liebert and his wife Lauren, and their children.

A memorial gathering will be at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, December 28, 2025 at Brookdale Club Hill in Garland, Texas.  His remains will be interred with his family in California.
