Logan Alexander Hemwall, 20, of Abilene, formerly of Baird, died Thursday, June 30, 2022, at his home.  A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel in Clyde.

Logan was born May 22, 2002, in Abilene to Lars and Angela (Shelton) Hemwall.  He attended school in Baird.  Logan was a bulk plant operator for DOC Energy.  He loved fishing/boating, camping, open opportunities and playing video games.

Logan is survived by his father and step-mother, Lars and Leah Hemwall of Abilene; his mother and step-father, Angela and Craig Jackson of Baird; three brothers, Caleb Hemwall of Abilene, and Scott Hemwall and Dusty Jackson, both of Baird; three sisters, Alyssa Freiman and Landri Jackson, both of Baird, and Presley Adams of Abilene; grandparents, Len Hemwall of Michigan, Susan Hemwall of Abilene, Linda Shelton of Clyde, and Steve and Susan Jackson of Baird; great-grandparents, Bill and Lydia Jackson of Baird; aunt and uncle, Denise and Claydon Koenig of Seymour; aunt and uncle, Tessa and Adam Hemwall of Abilene; aunt and uncle, Christi and Zach Green of Baird; and extended family.
