Lois Marie Gaston, 103, of Granbury, formerly of Clyde, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 in a Granbury nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the Clyde Church of Christ with David Peterson officiating under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde. Burial will follow in the Crews Cemetery.

Lois was born to Herman and Bessie Henson on November 26, 1915 in Frisco, Texas. She attended school in Crews. She was married to Carl Gaston. They lived in Arizona and California before returning to Texas where they lived in Clyde. After Charles' death, Lois stayed in Clyde where she had many friends. She loved music and dancing. Everyone knew "Aunt Lois". She was one of a kind and will be missed by her family and her many friends.

She had no children, but helped raise her nephews, Weldon, Dennis, Thelbert and Kenneth Henson.

Lois was preceded in death by two brothers, Troy and Chester Henson.
