Mary Linda Ramos

Mary Linda Ramos of Clyde passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025, in her residence surrounded by loved ones.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 19, 2025, 1 o'clock pm at First Baptist Church of Clyde with Dr. Toby Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Eula Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Bailey Howard Funeral Home.

Linda was born on October 21, 19 haha, in Abilene to Andrew "Jeff" and Dena (Powers) Byrd. She married Ruben Suniga Ramos on June 25, 1988, in Baird.

Grover Nelson put Linda through Catholic School to make her have a better life. She worked at the Clyde High school as a custodian for over 15 years until she retired to take care of Ruben. She was an excellent bowler, bowling on leagues in the area for many years. She was a member of American Legion. She enjoyed spending time with her children,grandchildren, family and friends.

Linda is survived by her five children; two sons, James Frieman of Clyde and R.J. Ramos and wife Autumn of Clyde; three daughters, Ronda Barron and husband Jason of Cross Plains; Tamarin Greene and husband Jay of Clyde; Genesse Driver and husband Tom of Baird. Her bonus daughter, Misty Young of Clyde and bonus son, Chance Fletcher of Abilene. Also survived by Carlos Gomez and wife Josette of Clyde. Along with several grandchildren, Jake Frieman, Jennifer Chapman, Chance Jeffcoat, Jordon Potter, Cayman Frieman, Cayla Barron, Coltyn Barron, Kailen Cooley, Hunter Chapman, Jace Ramos, CaraLee Ramos, Zylen Cooley, Suaye Ramos, and Jayte Ramos; several great grandchildren, Cadence Frieman, Kyson Rambo, Miller Jeffcoat, Klancee Thomas.

She leaves behind many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband Ruben Suniga Ramos, Her parents Jeff and Dena, one brother Roy Hudspeth, step father Milton Ferguson, one niece Nikki Hudspeth, and Daughter in Law Cindy Frieman.
