Mary Louise Watson, 85, died Thursday, June 9, 2022, at her home in Clyde.  The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Louise was born on May 11, 1937, in Gouldbusk in Coleman County, Texas, to Dolphus Leroy and May Evelyn Sluder Collins.  She was a graduate of Ballinger High School.  Louise married Archie D. Watson in Ballinger on March 5, 1955.  They moved to Clyde from Breckenridge in 1988.  Louise was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist church.

Louise is survived by two daughters, Debbie White of Baird and Sherry Pruitt and husband Michael W. in Clyde; six grandchildren, Caanan White and wife Dana, Adam White and wife Jackie, Jerimiah White and wife Jessica, Bailee Johnson and husband Fred, Lindsey Springer and husband Brian and Michael Lee Pruitt and wife Brianne; 20 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Archie Watson; one son, Jimmy Watson; one daughter, Lisa Marie Watson; two brothers and one sister.
