Ray Kenneth Cramer, 89, died Friday, April 27, 2018, at an Abilene care center.  Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2018, at the Bailey-Howard Funeral Home Chapel in Clyde with Rev. Larry Hooper officiating.  Visitation will be from noon until service time on Monday.  Burial will follow in the Clyde Cemetery.

Ray was born May 5, 1928, in Avenmore, Pa., to Wallace Stanford and Mary Elizabeth Cramer and graduated from Avenmore High School.  He retired from the US Air Force after serving 21 years.  Ray is the widower of Margaret Beeman whom he married in 1980 and they moved to Clyde.  After retiring from the Air Force, he was a refrigeration tech for West Texas Coffee and later for his son David.  He was a member of the Lutheran church.

Ray is survived by his son David Cramer and wife Kay of Abilene; his daughter, Cheryl Fletcher and husband Clyde of Merkel; his daughter Tracy Keel and husband John; his brother, Jim Cramer of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren, Jared Fletcher, Kristen Fletcher, Lacey Moore, Rebecca Groban, Laura McKinnis, Breanna Balleza, Heather Wiggins and Justin Robillard; 11 great-grandchildren, Carson & Grace Groban, Knox & Liam McKinnis, Mia & Emma Wiggins, Audrey Fletcher, Houston & Kolter Moore and Jeremiah & Aiden Balleza.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Beeman Cramer; his daughter, Wendy Cramer; and his grandchild, Aliyah Balleza.
