Robert (Bobby) Allen Tedin, 87, of Clyde died Monday, February 20, 2023, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the Clyde Church of Christ with David Peterson officiating under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde. Inurnment will follow with military honors at the Clyde Cemetery.

Bobby was born March 6, 1935, in Pierre, South Dakota to Albert and Martha Anne (Enang) Tedin. He graduated high school in 1953 in Presho, South Dakota. He served in the U.S. Army in the 101 ^st Air Borne. He married Joan Chittum in Sterling, Colorado on December 6, 1980. They moved to Clyde from Abilene in 1999. He was a welder by trade and a member of the Clyde Church of Christ.

He is survived by two sons, Clinton Lee Tedin of Austin and Karsten John Tedin and wife Lydia of Austria; three daughters, Rhonda Kay Scott of Baird, Carrie Lynn Claiborne and husband David of Troup and Corey Ann Tedin of Fort Worth; sister, Mary Lou Glaze of Danville, California; six grandchildren, Nicky Jo Gilliland-Davis and husband Jeff, Tracy Michelle Bailey, Cory Allen Barron, Chancy Lynn Isenhower and husband John David, Austin Claiborne and Justus Tedin; eleven great grandchildren, Ashton, Wade, Kyler, Kayte Lynn, Ayden, Cole, Kailey, Eli, Cal, Westen and Lacey; four great-great grandchildren, Jaxson Kipton, Wyatt and Caysen and several nieces and nephews.

Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Joan in 2015; daughter, Vicky Lynn Parker; two sisters, Ruth Ellen Pratt and Marlys Eloise Tedin and brother, David Thurman Tedin.
