Sherry Lynn Matthys, 61, of Clyde passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025. No services are scheduled at this time.

Sherry was born August 19, 1963, in Montrose, Colorado to James and Diane Workman. She liked riding horses and collecting ceramic unicorns. Sherry was a loving and caring mom and grandma. She loved animals, especially her fur baby, Sheba.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sylvia Suor and husband Jeremy of Concord, California and Melissa Wilkerson and husband Luke of Bedford, Indiana; her son, Andrew Matthys of Clyde; her brothers, Larry Workman and wife Mary of Abilene and Wayne Fox of Clyde; five grandchildren, Lance and T.J. Krohn and Tommy, Llana and Lakota Wilkerson and her niece, Amber Workman.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, James and Diane Workman and her husband, Herbert.
