Tammy Belinda Fearrin, 63, of Clyde passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026, at her daughter's home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Word of God Ministry, 1102 N. Willis, Abilene, Texas 79603.

Tammy was born November 24, 1962, in Austin to Billy Ray and Doris (Cozart) Franklin. She attended schools in Cisco and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Walter Locker and wife Kassie of Bowie; their two daughters, Raigen and Hazle; and Chase Biscamp of Abilene; two daughters, Jennifer Powers and husband Zachary of Clyde; their four children, Camron, Brantlee, Emma and Gemma; and Chine Biscamp of Abilene; four brothers, Kenneth Covert of Burnet, Donnie Covert of Cedar Creek, Tommy Franklin of Groesbeck and Robert Franklin of Houston and numerous other relatives and friends.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Ray and Doris Franklin and her brother, Damon Lee Covert.
