Terry Mitchell Seals, 62, of Baird passed away Monday, September 29, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Bailey Howard Funeral Home Chapel with Rodger Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Phantom Hill Cemetery in Jones County. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Terry was born November 6, 1962, in Abilene to Jimmy and Carole (Morgan) Seals. He graduated from Lueders-Avoca High School in 1981. He married Debra Lynn Allen in Lueders on June 5, 1981, and was a lifetime resident of the Callahan County Area. He was a self-employed electrician for many years and a member of Bible Baptist Church.

He is survived by his father Jimmy Seals and stepmother, Kathleen of Clyde; two sons, Justin Seals of Austin and Clayton Seals and wife Leigh of Abilene; one daughter, Staci Hyer and husband Dusty of Eula; her brother, Gary Seals of Clyde and seven grandchildren.

Terry was preceded in death by his mother, Carole Seals; his wife, Debra Allen Seals and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harold and Wanda Allen.
