Bill was born September 15, 1937 in Cherokee County, South Carolina to James Luther and Jenny Lynd (Whiteside) Quinn. Our father, grandfather (PawPaw) and great grandpa will truly be missed. His home was always a refuge for his sons and some struggling friends. He was affectionately known as Uncle Bill. His southern gentleman charm and quick witty quotes kept many folks entertained throughout his travels all over.

Bill will be reunited with his wife of 48 years, Martha, along with his son Kevin D. Quinn.
