Bill Jr. was born on January 18, 1958 to William Carroll Holley, Sr. and Linda Berry Holley. He graduated from Clyde High School. He worked for many years at several power plants. He later worked traveling from state to state building power plants using his great welding skills. He was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan, never giving up on his team. He was a gifted musician and played in many local bands throughout his life. His love of music lead him to make many lifelong friends, and to become a songwriter, writing many songs over the years, and most recently writing gospel songs.

He was a son, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. But more than that he was a Child of God. He loved the Lord, his family and friends. He had a kind heart and saw the good in everyone. He lived a full life and blessed those that loved him with his big smile, warm hugs and his happy laugh.

He is survived by his father, William Carroll Holley, Sr., his brothers Clifton T. Holley and wife Tina, John W. Holley and wife, Sandra. His son, William Carroll Holley, III (Trey) and wife Carrissa Holley; six grandchildren Tyeler Holley and wife, Anne, Savanah Caddell and husband Jonah, Mason Fein and wife Ashely, Emily O’Field and husband Robert, William Carroll Holley, IV (Keeper), and Taylor Holley; and six great-grandchildren, Jackson Caddell, Isaiah Caddell, Charlotte Holley, Ignatius Holley, Lukas Holley, and Casey O’Field; several neices and nephews, Chelsea DeLorge and husband, Jeremy, Lacie Fritze and husband, Kyle, Cody Holley, Taylor Holley and Travis Holley and wife, Amy.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Misti Jo Holley; his mother, Linda Berry Holley; and Elaine Holley.
